Independent TV Production Co – PA to Founding Partners

This exciting indie production co based in incredible offices in Central London are a new start up created by two fantastic execs.  They are a small team who are looking for a PA to come and join the team!  Supporting the two founding partners, you will coordinate their lives to run as smoothly as possible.  No two days are the same so this would suit someone who is used to juggling conflicting priorities and who is super organised! 

Duties will include but not limited to:

• Constantly changing diary management
• Arranging complex travel schedules
• Working closely with the Production Manager to ensure the smooth running of the office
• Coordinating meetings
• Arranging shoots
• Office management
• Setting up new starters
• Being the first point of contact for IT issues
• Sourcing venues

It is absolutely essential that you have previous PA experience gained within a TV, production or digital background, a proactive and can do attitude as well as excellent communication skills!  This is a fantastic role that will really give you the opportunity to take on as much as you would like!
