I need someone intelligent, up and coming, savvy and proactive, who is able to think for themselves and who approaches every task with enthusiasm, and who will relish the challenge that this represents. You will need to get to grips and fully understand the business that he is involved in, the key players and the ins and outs of the industry, to truly be able to pre-empt his needs and provide that exemplary level of support that is required at such a level.
