An exceptional Office Administrator is required for a forward thinking Media Company based in Central London. You will be part of a vibrant, dynamic and fun company culture. 

This is a newly created role working with the senior management teams across the business. You will be supporting the CEO, CMO, CFO and senior team with administrative tasks to make their working day more efficient and effective. Duties such as; travel arrangements, diary management, and help in preparation for some key team meetings. In addition, you will provide HR administrative support to the business and oversee a smooth running of the office.

The successful candidate will have at least 3+ years office experience within a corporate or creative, media environment and be ideally educated to A level as a minimum.  My client is looking for someone who can think on their feet, has excellent customer service skills and able to work in a fast pace environment. You will have exceptional organisational skills, highly proficient in Microsoft and experience working in an HR function would be desirable, but not essential.
