An exciting and unique opportunity has arisen for an experience Personal Assistant to join a reputable, prestigious and highly regarded company. The company is international with offices in North America, Australasia and Asia. They are well established in their industry and are a growing company. The office is a small family house located in the heart of Mayfair.

The Chairman is looking for someone who can support him in all aspects of his life in both personal and business duties. This includes taking full control of his inbox and coordinating his busy diary. In this role coordination is key as the Chairman is constantly travelling and has an ever changing diary. This role would suit a switched on, highly ambitious and resilient Personal Assistant.

This is a busy, fast paced and dynamic role. This role requires an individual who is fluent in French.

Experience:

* Fluent in French
* Experienced Personal Assistant ideally working within Financial Service
* Switched on, one step ahead and have a high attention to detail
