My client, a leading global Executive Search consultancy based in the City are recruiting for a professional, confident and experienced PA/Office Manager.

Based in the heart of the City surrounded by bars and shops, this is the ideal location for someone looking for a position paying a good salary with benefits, flexible working hours and a friendly bubbly working office.

As a PA/Office Manager, your responsibility will be to provide PA support to the Managing Director and consultants within the London & international offices, as well as support the wider team with Office Management.

Duties include but not limited to:
*Answering all main line calls.
*Arrange meetings and conference calls.
*Meeting and greeting clients and visitors.
*Ad hoc credit control.
*HR duties.
*Finance duties
*Coordinating an office move
*Stationary, post, couriers etc.

The ideal candidate should possess experience as a PA/Office Manager within either Recruitment or Executive Search, excellent written and verbal communications skills, be friendly and bubbly.

Paying a salary of £25-30K.
