Senior Fixed Income Desk Assistant

In this role you will be supporting the multinational sales team who focus on delivery of added-value to their clients in a solution-driven environment. The focus of the team is on building quality, long-term relationships with clients who are based in EMEA as well as elsewhere in the world.

Working in Japanese and English you will be:

* Supporting the team in the arrangements of new transactions. Trade bookings, reporting, invoicing and general queries
* Processing documentation around Medium Term Notes (MTN's)
* Setting up and booking trades
* Arranging swap fees
* Checking and processing legal documentation
* Verifying term sheets and Final Terms

Skills and experience required:

* Perfectly fluent Japanese/English
* Previous banking experience
* Experience in the booking process around Medium Term Notes
