IP Litigation Legal PA at Magic Circle Law Firm, to £36,000

City based Magic Circle law firm needs to hire a new litigation legal PA to offer high level secretarial support for a Partner and 3 Associates within the London office’s expanding Intellectual Property department. This firm has a reputation that is second to none in the market place and have one of the best benefits packages available, this team is constantly hitting the heights and the role will be very busy where the days will fly!  Duties will include audio typing, document and PowerPoint presentations, filing trademarks, organisation of client events, full diary management, establishing client relationships, billing and any other ad hoc tasks that crop up as and when. Legal experience from within a busy Litigation department is essential, plus with this role being deadline orientated the Partner requires a self-starter who is proactive and has a ‘can do’ attitude. Standard hours are 9:30 - 17:30.  This firm is housed in stunning City offices and will offer you a lifestyle rather than just a career!
