Team Assistant for Branding Agency
This is a superb opportunity for an experienced team assistant looking for an exciting new opportunity to further develop and hone your existing support and design skills within an award winning branding agency.
You will be responsible for providing lynch-pin team support to several directors and the wider team, as well as offering comprehensive office support.
You will have a meticulous attention to detail and top notch communication skills. Your role with include: diary management for senior directors, processing expenses, answering calls/switchboard, escalating facilities issues when required and generally being a go-to for enquiries.
This is an extremely busy and varied role. You will be proactive and methodical with the ability to prioritise work, work to tight deadlines and learn new programmes as required.
You will be able to bring at least 6-12 months’ team assistant experience.
