Award Winning US Law Firm Require a new HR Administrator/Assistant to £30,000
One of the leading US law firms in London has created a new position within their HR team where you will be supporting both the Professional Recruitment Manager and HR Manager. This role is a fantastic opportunity for a junior HR professional looking to expand their knowledge and experience in a wide variety of HR matters including assisting with the graduate and lateral recruitment, talent management, associate training and professional development in the London office where you will be managing diaries re interviews, maintaining CPD records for fee earners, assisting with the preparation for assessment centres, vacation schemes, open days, managing the administration process for all joiners and leavers and be the first point of contact for general HR queries including responding to reference requests, new joiner concerns and responding to employee queries about pay and the firm’s benefit schemes. In addition, you will be responsible for managing the firm’s HR database and providing advice, guidance and support to all staff on HR issues when required. Standard hours are 9:30am to 5:30pm. Previous legal HR experience is essential be it from an administrative or assistant level as this role is one to grow and develop so they are prepared to hire at varying levels – it’s all down to the individual having the right attitude, personality and skill-set to become a highly professional HR professional. Offices are based by Liverpool Street station.
