Receptionist - established professional company

A well known, prestigious and established professional company is looking for a receptionist to join their team. In this role you will be working closely with one other receptionist providing an exceptional Front of House service. The day to day duties include preparing meeting rooms, welcoming high profile guests and assisting with administration duties. This role would suit an individual who wants to work in a friendly, collaborative and positive environment.
- Welcoming high profile visitors
- Managing the reception area
- Ensure the meeting rooms are kept cleaned
- Marinating stock and ordering refreshments
- Receiving mentoring and training
- Collecting and organising mail
If you are currently a receptionist with 1-2 years experience then please do apply.
- 1-2 years Reception experience ideally Financial services
- High attention to detail
- Proactive, confident and happy to muck in
