Our client are a media company in West London, they are looking for a PA to support four VPs. This is temporary position and will be initially for a minimum of 4 weeks, however it is likely the role will be extended.

Responsibilities:

  • Making travel arrangements for supervisors and the department staff
  • Managing and maintaining department schedules
  • Preparing invoices, reports and any other documents using Word, Excel and database software
  • Reading and reviewing incoming memos, submissions and reports in order to determine their significance and plan distribution
  • Opening and distributing incoming correspondence
  • Meeting and greeting visitors
  • Preparing responses to correspondence containing routine enquiries
  • Ordering stationery and supplies
  • Performing general office duties
  • Helping with other duties as required

Requirements:

  • Must be available immediately and able to commit for a minimum of 4 weeks
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • Time management skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Computer literate
  • Proficient with MS Office, Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • Ability to work independently as well with team members
