We have just taken on a fantastic new Office Manager role within a successful global private equity firm in Central London. They are an amazing company to work for with exceptionally low staff turnover – a true testament to the lovely culture there.

As an Office Manager in this busy firm you will be leading a large admin team including EAs, Receptionists and a Facilities Assistant. In addition to the team leadership, your main responsibilities will include the general running of the office, implementation of all health and safety policies, managing internal and external relationships and assisting HR in the hiring process of other support staff, amongst other duties. You will also be responsible for organising the major company events including Christmas and summer parties and they would really like this person to come up with ideas for more regular company events to encourage teamwork.

They are looking for a highly organised and proactive individual who has done a similar role previously. The ideal candidate won’t be afraid to think outside the box. You must be adaptable with the ability to remain positive as situations arise and have strong people skills.
