OM/PA in fantastic start up company!
Exciting new role for any PA’s with office management experience that are looking to take on a new challenge! A small, but growing, energy company based in Central London are looking for an office all rounder with a fantastic attitude to join the team. They are looking for a confident individual with proven experience in a similar role. The office is quite small, as is the team, so they are looking for a well rounded individual who can provide assistance in a PA/office manager/admin support capacity, as well as being able to manage the reception area.
Duties will include:
•Assisting all senior level management as required
•Organising extensive travel, including all flight/train bookings and accommodation
•General HR assistance- tracking holiday and sick days
•First point of contact for all suppliers, contractors, agents, building management and the landlord
•Creating invoices and purchase orders, expenses
•Fielding calls and meeting and greeting
•Keeping the office and meeting rooms tidy
The ideal candidate will be friendly and enthusiastic, as well as having intermediate to advanced Microsoft office skills. Paying up to £35k (depending on experience) this role needs to be filled ASAP so please submit your CV if you are interested in hearing more.
