WANTED: An all-rounder EA that can act as a gatekeeper to the Managing Director of a fund management firm based in Mayfair. This is a meaty role that is not for the faint hearted.
As a EA, the role will require extensive diary and travel management as well as organising meetings across several time zones. You will be responsible for working on direct reports and assisting with the preparation of key documents. Management of any meeting and follow ups are required on top of any preparation and review of meeting materials. As well as the business side, there is a large amount of assisting the CEO with personal tasks.
It is imperative that as an Executive Assistant you have a background in finance with exceptional IT skills. Essentially, as an Executive Assistant you are able to remain composed under pressure and operate in an organised and structure manner with a good attention to detail. As the EA you will need the ability to interact with clients in a professional and confident manner and be able to handle confidential matters with integrity. Acting with a proactive and positive approach that is flexible and adaptable is essential in order to excel as a Executive Assistant.
