A fantastic opportunity for an experienced Receptionist to join a PR company located in the City.

The receptionist role at hand involves duties such as meeting and greeting clients and ensuring guests are shown to the correct meeting room as well as managing and maintaining presentation of meeting rooms. Other responsibilities include professionally answering and dealing with telephone calls and email correspondence. On top of receptionist duties, there is an element of administration support including filing, photocopier and faxing.

The ideal receptionist will have previous reception or administration experience with a strong telephone manner and good IT skills including excel. Being well presented, articulate and personable is required as a receptionist as well as acting in a professional manner with good communication skills.

This is a temporary role and would suit a Receptionist with a 'can-do' attitude wanting to work in the City
