Job Title: Part time Administrator (Events)
Hours : 4 days per week (flexible)
Sector: Financial services
Salary : Annual salary equivalent £30,000 pro rated to reflect 20 hours a week
Start date: October 2016
DUTIES
You will be working for the Senior Partner of a major financial services company. Hours are flexible and you will be able to work occasionally from home (remotely), or from the office in Central London. You will be required to help organise and coordinate 12-16 client seminars per annum that will take place across London and the rest of the UK . These seminars will only take place twice a month between February-June and then in September and October. There are no seminars across the summer (July, August), November, December or the first half of January.
When there is a seminar taking place (in Feb-June and Sept-Oct) you will be required to attend it and oversee its smooth running. Please note that this will involve weekend work. Seminars will be in London and also outside London.
*Database work and editing of client information
*Event administration and attendance
*Following up guests and booking in appointments on behalf of your boss
*Diary management
*Maintaining records of guest attendance
*producing correspondence
*Answering emails
REQUIREMENTS
*Previous solid administrative experience
*A steady cv
*Looking for a part time role only
*Willingness to be very flexible and provide cover when needed
*Fluent English
