A superb opportunity has arisen for a polished and articulate receptionist to work in stunning offices in the heart of the West End.

My client is looking for a candidate with exceptional communication and organisational skills.

Duties as follows:

To be the first point of contact for HNW clients

To liaise confidently at Partner level

To organise and set up the meeting rooms

General administrative duties to include some filing and printing documents for meetings

Assisting the Office Manager with her workload which would involve diary management
