Temp Creative PA, £15 - £16ph based in London

Our client is a successful online retail store based in central London. They are looking for a professional creative P.A to join their team in their headquarters in London.

The P.A position will be to support the CEO's PA, the head of HR, and the Financial manager of the company. The role will last between 1 to 7 months. This role will include;

• Diary management including scheduling internal and external meetings, ensuring all diaries are up to date
• Provide administrative support for the CEO, Head of HR, and Finance manager, and delegate tasks to the admin team
• Attending meetings/committee's and taking minutes
• Assisting with ad-hoc duties

The ideal candidate will have

• Experience in a similar P.A role
• Excellent communication skills
• Good attention to detail
• A high command of written and verbal English
• The ability to manage a busy work day and perform under pressure
• Creative experience is strongly desired
