We are seeking five star customer service focused Reception Team Leader with an extensive background in Corporate Reception and Team Management. The role will be based at stunning offices and the ideal candidate will have a passion for ensuring the efficient and effective running of a Front of House Team.

Reception Team Leader duties include:

*Managing the Front of House team members
*To be engaging with all customers
*Exceptional personal presentation and grooming at all times
*To ensure that all client and visitor requests and enquiries are fulfilled and exceed expectations
*To assist in the training of Network Team Members
*To maintain excellent working relationships with the other onsite contractors
* Ensuring a world class, 5 star service is provided at our client site
* Ability to work well under pressure
* Taking ownership of your role and being and proactive in developing the service further
* Ad hoc- administration
* To be a Brand Ambassador for the client and ISS Front of House

We are looking for:

* A "can do" attitude
* Previous experience working in a 5 star service customer service environment
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* A passion for delivering exceptional levels of service
* Previous team management experience
* Technical ability - Microsoft Office (Intermediate to advanced)
