Technical Customer Support Consultant
Our client are a leading online retail finance company. They’re looking for a Technical Customer Support Consultant to join their team in the City.

The role will involve supporting customers, retailers and partner banks. Working closely with developers and the operations team and using state of the art web applications. You will be working with the support team, dealing with internal and external queries via email, call and live chat. You will also be supporting the team with settlements.
The position requires someone who is technically minded as well as having strong customer service experience.
