Our Media client based in the heart of the West End of London, is looking for an Italian speaking HR Executive to support The Employee Services Team
The duties are varied and the role is highly relationship driven so exceptional client service and interpersonal skills are essential.
Duties include but are not limited to:
Extensive internal liaison (inter departmental)
Providing support on all areas of an employee's life cycle including areas such as:
Payroll and tax
learning and development
and escalating queries to the wider HR team as and when appropriate
Ideally you would have had some exposure to the Italian markets in an HR capacity, understanding HR procedures, processes and tax systems for example. Candidates should also be self starters, team players who can manage employee expectations and have the confidence to push back or escalate when necessary. Superb diplomacy and ability to deal effectively with confidential information is also required both in English and Italian. Spanish language skills are also welcome!
This is an excellent opportunity to work for an interesting, progressive and exciting company where you can combine previous HR experience with your language skills. Experience in HR, Recruitment or Learning and Development admin for example would be advantageous too for this role
