Temp to Perm PA opportunity

An exciting opportunity has arisen with a luxury hotel based in Central London. This is initially a temporary opportunity with the potential to go permanent for the right candidate. This job is to start straight away and so you must be immediately available to start work.

The main purpose of this role is to provide comprehensive PA support on a 1:1 basis. Your duties will include complex diary and travel arrangements and prepare presentations and documentation. You will also be responsible for taking minutes at meetings and completing monthly and weekly reports.

The ideal candidate will have experience of providing PA support at a hotel and be immediately available to start work. You must be proficient in Microsoft Office packages, including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint. You must be proactive in your approach, have the ability to work to tight deadlines and be able to prioritise your own workload. You must also be an excellent communicator, face to face, over the phone and via email.
