This role is a pivotal role within the support team and requires an individual of the highest calibre with exceptional attention to detail, strong co-ordination and administrative skills, excellent communication skills and the ability to liaise confidently at all levels.
Duties will be extremely varied and as such, the successful candidates must be flexible to turn their hand to a large number of tasks and should be able to remain calm under pressure! Duties will include; co-ordinating detailed itineraries, scheduling meetings, liaising with clients, working on various projects and assisting with all administration, producing reports etc.
The ideal candidate will be educated to a minimum of degree level and should have an excellent academic record, along with relevant co-ordination experience gained within a fast paced environment. Strong I.T. skills are a pre-requisite and an interest in technology is essential.
