Receptionist duties:

*Answering all telephone calls
*Meet & greet all clients/visitors
*Manage post
*Prepare meeting rooms
*Prepare refreshments
*Book reservations, couriers and taxis
*Liaise with internal departments to manage meeting rooms and visitors
*General administration and ad hoc tasks
