Great Graduate PA / Team Coordinator position at Internet Marketing Consultancy!!

Notting Hill based Marketing Consultancy are looking for a bright, proactive, client focussed Graduate PA/Team Coordinator to support the VP and wider team. 

Key Responsibilities  

• Managing the teams diaries
• Organising internal and client meetings
• Arranging domestic and some European travel
• Preparing expense claims
• Drafting and sending out client letters
• Taking minutes in meetings and circulating action points
• HR/Recruitment supporting including on boarding new joiners, monitoring sickness, absence
• Updating the company intranet content
• Events organisation
• Distributing post
• Covering reception when needed, taking inbound customer calls

What they are looking for

• Highly organised, diligent, good attention to detail, able to multi-task
• Enthusiastic, proactive, self motivated, confident
• Proven experience within a busy sales/account management environment e.g. recruitment/property
• I.T. savvy with strong MS Office skills
