The job role Merchandising & Ecom Admin Assistant - Luxury Brand is a highly administrative and numerical role. Duties include:

  • ensure the smooth running of the critical path through the whole fashion buying cycle
  • process online order
  • answer customer queries
  • preparing offers
  • placing purchase orders
  • filing documents and analysing prices
  • dispatching goods to clients
  • full admin support to the team


Profile

The ideal candidate for the role of Merchandising & Ecom Admin Assistant - Luxury Brand will have:

  • An eye for detail, reliable and well organised
  • A professional attitude, a real pride in quality of work and excellent written and communication skills
  • An understanding of e-commerce principles, ideally Magento
  • Computer literacy and customer service skills
  • Able to prioritise work and manage time effectively
  • Confident using systems and Excel to build new reports
  • Able to manage multiple tasks at once as well as liaise with senior stakeholders within the business
  • Able to work under pressure & think on their feet
