Executive Assistant

An Investment Bank, with a major global presence is seeking a diverse Executive Assistant who prides themselves in their quality of work to achieve excellence, to assist 4 Managing Directors. This business wants to be the best in their industry, not necessarily the biggest. The successful person will be providing support for a Partner and a number of MD's within the Finance Division. This is a demanding role that requires a highly proactive, motivated and organised individual who is able to multitask, prioritise effectively and demonstrate excellent time management.

This position would attract someone who can work as a team for busy individuals in a very fast pace environment and also work directly with the division. Candidates are preferred to have a proven track record in diary management and execution, with excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong proficiency in MS Office, particularly Outlook is also preferred.
