Brand new line manager - US finance firm based in Victoria
An experienced admin/line manager is required to manage a team of up to 30 individuals in London and overseas of a US finance firm. Recent line management experience is a must to be considered for the positon.
The role offers so much variety and being a new position you can make it your own. The Duties include people management on a daily basis, 1:1 support and meetings. Managing holidays, recruitment, staffing numbers and liaising with HR in regards to this. Monitoring and bringing in new processes, best practices and more efficient ways of working, liaising with OM and staff in Asia and 2 offices in Europe and senior stakeholders. You will represent the admin staff members and be the go-to person within the London office. Being confident and approachable will be so important and a warm, personable and calm person will fit the profile of what they are looking for.

Must have recent line management experience of 10+ individuals
Professional services experience, finance would be advantageous
Warm, approachable and calm
Comfortable liaising with senior individuals
Knowledge of HR, recruitment and training
Experience running appraisals and 1:1's
Able to commute to Victoria
