My client is a leading UK Talent agency specialising in represetning the countries most loved sports personalities based in Primrose Hill.
Other key activity includes development and commissioning of television shows, a raft of consultancy clients for whom talent from outside of their roster is sourced and delivered and an impressive portfolio of publishing deals worldwide.
They are looking for an outstanding EA/Office Manager to assit the CEO on his daily tasks as well as developing current and new client relationships.
THE ROLE AND OPPORTUNITY
The ideal candidate will be well organised, have initiative and an outgoing demeanour as they will be often the direct interface with both corporate and talent clients.
You will be flexible to respond to a wide range of requirements but the core focus is:
Handling commercial and corporate enquiries.
Liaising with clients in respect of these and seeing through from booking stage to delivery of event or campaign
Dealing with PR / Sponsorship agencies, brands directly, speaker agencies, TV companies and independent production companies
Booking form completion ref the above to pass to accounts team
Supporting development projects - research, contract mark ups, presentations.
The package will strictly be based on experience.
