Head Receptionist - Leading Creative Agency

Our client, a top creative communications agency, are looking for an excellent Head Receptionist to join their dynamic London office. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone organised and enthusiastic to lead a fun and hard-working Front of House team. In this Head Receptionist role, your typical duties will include: acting as the first point of contact for all guests; field calls; coordinate meeting rooms; support with event coordination; take charge of office extras like Friday drinks; providing exceptional service to all clients.


You must have prior reception experience, ideally from a creative agency background. An understanding of PR would also be beneficial. You must be honest, ambitious and energetic, and be really enthusiastic about brands. You must have excellent manners and be able to retain a positive spirit even under pressure.
