PA in US owned private equity firm
We have just taken on a fantastic PA role work for a prestigious US owned private equity firm with stunning offices in Mayfair. It is a hard working firm with a very friendly environment, and low turnover of support staff, due to the great working culture and the way they are looked after.
You would be supporting 4 mid-level executives as well as working very closely with another PA, who will be supporting an MD and 3 others. All professionals that you will be supporting travel a lot. Therefore, extensive diary and travel management is a must and you should feel confident arranging complicated international travel itineraries, managing diaries and processing expenses. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic and a real muck-in team player, someone who has the ability to step up as and when is required. Organising busy people and making their working lives run smoothly should be something you enjoy and take in your stride.
You should have proven experience working in a fast-paced, demanding environment, ideally within financial services. Confidence is key as well as a water-off-a-duck's back mentality but with a calm and friendly demeanour.
