Part-time Team Coordinator within Media

The purpose of the role is to provide support service to a busy sales team. You will assist colleagues with compiling reports, data entry using Salesforce. You will be the first point of contact for internal calls, maintain departmental contact lists, distribute post, maintain responsibility for department kit such as phones, and IT equipment.
The ideal candidate will have proven administration experience, will have gained some office experience within a commercial environment.
THis is a part-time position for two days a week.
