Reception / Team Support
We have just taken on a lovely Reception role and I really wanted to see whether it was something you might be interested in.
It's working for a private equity firm who have their offices based in Mayfair. There are currently 15 people in the London office, all a very friendly and collaborative team.
Primarily you will be responsible for the meeting and greeting of all guests and clients to the firm, providing an excellent welcome and really representing the company to the highest standards. Keeping the meeting rooms maintained and well-presented is obviously key, as well as ensuring the office is fully stocked and running smoothly. There will be other ad hoc work as and when required to help out some of the investment professionals, but this will really be on an ad hoc basis. This could involve organising meetings and travel bookings amongst other projects. You will also be a point of contact in the office for maintenance issues, office management and to help liaise with external suppliers.
They are looking for someone really positive and well turned out who is incredibly flexible and wants to get stuck in.
The role will pay up to £32k and they have excellent benefits including pension, private medical insurance, gym allowance and discretionary bonus. They have 20 days' holiday allowance but they do close the offices over Christmas.The hours are 8.45-5.30pm but 5pm on Fridays with flexibility.
