PA in growing investment firm
We have a fantastic opportunity for a PA to join an extremely successful North American investment firm based in Mayfair. It is an extremely exciting time for the firm as they expanding and will be moving to larger offices in Victoria by the end of this year. Therefore, they are looking for a hardworking PA to support them in this exciting and opportunistic phase of growth.
This role will be responsible for providing all aspects of administrative support to a Managing Director and two small teams in their London office, totalling to about 8 people. This will include; diary management, extensive travel coordination, expenses, presentation preparation, organisation of team events and other general admin duties including filing, faxing, scanning and photocopying as required. You will be working in a very flat-structured and collaborative environment so you will also be jointly responsible for helping to run the office, manage stationery, catering for meetings and general management of all meeting rooms.
Their ideal Admin Assistant will be hardworking, detail-orientated and have a great attitude to their work. You should be willing to muck in wherever necessary as you will be joining this lovely team where there are no egos present. They are looking for someone who has a good amount of experience in a similar role/sector and proficient use of IT packages is desired. You should be confident in your ability to interact with all levels of seniority and represent the company in a professional manner.
The core hours are from 8.30 to 5.30pm or 9.30 to 6.30pm - but they are not set in stone! If there is any early meetings (not super likely as they are more likely to have later evenings due to interaction with their head office) then you would need to be flexible and happy to come in to help out in advance. They are offering up to £40k depending on your experience.
