Admin Assistant to Investment Team
A unique opportunity has come up in a great secondary's private equity company located in Mayfair. They have a lovely working environment with low staff turnover meaning roles at this firm don't come up very often. They are looking for a switched on, efficient admin assistant with fantastic attention to detail.
In this role you will be supporting the company's investment team consisting of 1 Principal, 2 Partners and 2/3 direct reports. You will be required to schedule international travel, put together detailed itineraries, manage diaries, amongst other ad-hoc admin duties. You should consider yourself a confident, discrete and professional communicator who will represent the firm well and be adept at liaising across all areas of the business and with external investors alike.
You will have relevant experience in administration supporting a team and have excellent organisational IT and typing skills. You will also have some experience with diary management and booking travel. However, the most important requirement is a great hardworking attitude, having initiative and being supportive.
The team are really lovely and they have a really collaborative culture where all the admin team support each other and help each other out.
The core hours are 9-5 and they are offering an excellent salary of up to £42k, depending on experience plus benefits on top.
