Private PA and Events Co-ordinator to International CEO

Our client is initially looking for a talented, outgoing and sociable individual with at least 5 years’ experience of PA and events work to join him in this unique role.
This CEO of a global property business is based from luxury offices in Fulham and is looking for a dual functional individual.
Duties will include
Maintaining diaries both business and personal.
Attending occasional events with CEO when required to network and develop relationships at a personal level
Be able to work your London connections in order to book and organize social events for the CEO to attend, both domestically and internationally when he is available
Effectively handle a busy international email inbox
Manage all social media accounts including LinkedIn for both private and some levels of business
Arrange and execute events
Book complicated international travel
Local and International travelling to accompany CEO to social gatherings and dinner parties when require
YOU WILL BE ABLE TO DEMONSTRATE ON YOUR CV PROVEN EXPERIENCE OF BOTH PRIVATE PA WORK, EVENTS AND PR.
If you feel you fit the bill, this role is initially offered as a 6 month contract but will likely be offered as a permanent role once ability has been proven.
