A worldwide management consultancy is looking for a "happy to help", super organised Team Assistant to predominantly support 2 busy Directors with ad-hoc admin support to their wider team. This role will have main focus on booking international travel and arranging busy diaries. The team are collaborative, positive, friendly but super busy.
With over 1,000 staff based in this office, there is a buzzy and dynamic feel throughout the office with a consistent level of professionalism.
Main Team Assistant responsibilities;
-Daily organisation of complex diaries, arranging meetings and rescheduling
-International travel arrangements
-Support to the wider team with expenses, catering arrangements, and internal meetings
-First point of contact for all queries within the department
-Ad-hoc management for reporting
-Creating PowerPoint presentations
-Ad-hoc cover for other secretaries within the business when they are on annual leave
Main Team Assistant requirements;
-A proven background either as a PA/Team Assistant/Administrator is required, ideally from a large organisation
-Ability to arrange travel on an international scale
-Competent with MS Office
-Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
-Ability to work under pressure
-Strong team player
