HR Administrator duties:

*Coordinating recruitment processes
*Organising induction programmes
*Preparing performance reviews
*Liaising with agencies, arranging interviews
*Requesting psychometric testing
*Preparing performances reviews and confidential records
*Assisting with references checks
*First point of call for all enquiries
*Managing health care and benefits for employees
*Ad hoc administrative tasks

You must have the following qualities:

*Degree educated
*Patient and pro-active nature
*Excellent attention to detail
*Analytical approach
*Excellent communication skills
*2 years' experience in an administrative role
