EA & Business Coordination Manager, West London, International Property Co, £45,000

An amazing opportunity for an experienced EA/Business Coordination Manager to work closely with the Chairman/CEO of a successful international property/construction business.  Based in West London, the EA & Business Coordination Manager will be fully involved in all aspects of the business, will travel overseas and become a highly valued member of the team. 

Key duties will include:

Organise and manage CEO’s daily and personal requirements, including travel

Coordinating day to day operational matters between the CEO and Functional Heads, taking key instructions and notes from the CEO, following up on assignments within given deadlines

Run local and international meetings independently with consultation from the CEO, and follow up to ensure all discussed tasks are completed by the relevant personnel within the given deadlines

Local and International travel with and without the CEO for business meetings and visiting international offices

PLEASE NOTE: This role requires some evening and weekend work for business travel, social and networking

The successful candidate will have a strong PA/EA background some of which will be within the Property sector, will be highly organised and efficient and able to build excellent relationships with colleagues at all levels.  Degree educated or equivalent you will be a natural networker and someone who can work both independently and within a team.  This is a hugely exciting opportunity for some who is looking for a role that will be pivotal within the business with has huge potential.
