Niche Finance house has a super opportunity for a capable candidate to support the marketing team (4) Interesting and involved role where you will be the lynch-pin!
An excellent communicator with proven experience within a large professional organisation ideally working in a similar capacity.
A graduate with 3/4 years experience is necessary.
Candidates must be able to start immediately!
Provide diary management including organising internal/external meetings and making catering/IT/facilities arrangements; collate papers for meetings and forward these in advance in a timely manner; take minutes of meetings as and when required.
Organise UK and international travel. Process personal expense claims.
Provide ad hoc secretarial support such as writing-up papers (using Microsoft Word), creating presentations (using Microsoft PowerPoint) and creating basic spreadsheets (using Microsoft Excel).
Event management such as arranging speaker engagements, organising small-scale events, arranging transportation and set-up of stands at conferences/exhibitions
