Receptionist Team Leader – Birmingham

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a receptionist team leader to join a top tier law firm, offering you a leadership role in their operations department.

Our client is looking to recruit an experienced team leader to join their busy, vibrant office. You will manage a team of three receptionists, ensuring that all duties are carried out to an efficient manner, as well as carrying out key receptionist duties.

You will work from state of the art offices based in Birmingham City Centre, situated in walking distance of the train station. The firm will offer you a competitive salary, extensive benefits package along with a fantastic, friendly working environment.

You key duties will include, but will not be limited to;

-       Overseeing the team to ensure all duties are carried out to a high standard

-       Ensuring all telephones are answered within the first three rings and booking / meeting / general office space is maintained to a high standard

-       Assisting in projects and events required by the firm

-       Carrying out the training for new staff and conducting performance reviews

-       Carrying out regular 1-2-1 meetings with your team to ensure everything is running smoothly

-       Producing staff rota’s

You will have at least six months experience of managing a team and come from a professional services background.
