An Executive Search firm which has recently been crowned as best in the industry is looking for a top EA to join them! The Executive Assistant will be joining the team in their Mayfair office to provide 1:1 support to a Senior Manager. This is a huge opportunity for an EA who is capable of delivering high quality support and who understands the industry to be part of a successful global search firm!

Executive Assistant Responsibilities include:

*Answering all telephone calls/emails and dealing with all general enquiries
*Extensive diary management and international travel arrangements for Senior Management
*Provide secretarial support with composing letters, reports, proposals and candidate profiles
*Produce power point presentations for meetings, ensure all documents are ready prior to meetings
*Provide general office assistance when necessary
*Prioritise and action tasks and demands using own intuition
*Ad hoc requests

Further Responsibilities include:

*Liaising with clients and candidates
*Coordinating interviews and set up of candidate interviews
*Make travel arrangements for candidates and team members
*Manage candidate and client records, ensure all data is correct and up to date
*Ensure timely process of invoices and expenses, liaise with clients and monitor invoicing status

As an Executive Assistant you must hardworking, demonstrate a professional nature, be well presented and bring a positive attitude! It is essential you have experience working in a similar industry and in dealing with high profile clients to be considered for this opportunity.
