Assistant Consultant/ Resourcer

You will be a crucial member of the team by supporting our recruiters and finding superstar candidates just like yourself who we can help with their London job search. Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Sourcing, telephone screening and interviewing Candidates
  • Utilising various sourcing techniques to proactively find and approach suitable candidates
  • Screening CV submissions to vacancies via Broadbean and CV submissions
  • Making full use of the job boards to actively search for candidates daily
  • Scheduling new Candidate registration interviews for the team
  • Assisting Consultants when sourcing specific roles for their clients
  • Working to quarterly revenue targets for sourcing candidates
  • Assisting clients to cover last minute temporary assignments
  • Managing relationships with Kiwis in London, Britbound and other relevant sources
  • Assisting with formatting CVs to Australasian Recruitment Company's standards
  • Answering incoming calls
  • Greeting Candidates and escorting them to the interview rooms - providing registration forms to complete
  • Preparing tea and coffee for candidates
  • Setting up candidates on the in-house Microsoft Office testing system
  • Sending out Microsoft Office assessments to candidates and updating their records
  • Entering registration forms for Candidates onto the database
  • Database management to ensure contact details, situation and key skills are continuously updated
  • Taking Candidate references via phone and email and sending out candidate references
  • Covering reception at various Client sites when necessary
