Friendly, high end investment house based in SW London is currently looking for a bright, intelligent and self-motivated Receptionist / Assistant to start ASAP. You will need to be happy with a stand-alone Reception role, but there is plenty of scope to socialise with the wider team during lunch breaks, office socials, and their regular sporting activities and sporting clubs. Your main responsibility as Receptionist / Assistant will be managing the reception desk and switchboard, but for the right Receptionist who is proactive enough to  make it happen you can definitely develop this Reception / Assistant role into so much more in time!

Working 8:30 – 6 with an hour for lunch, your Reception / Assistant role will consist of:

  • Sole management of the reception area Taking calls Managing meeting rooms bookings and providing hospitality for meetings Couriers, post, taxis and deliveries

This Reception role can be grown to take on additional duties:

  • Booking travel for Directors and team Managing office calendars Expenses PA duties for Director Overflow PA work for other PAs / Team Assistants in office Analytical work Events coordination General administration support for wider office

The ideal Receptionist candidate will have:

  • Solid Reception / Receptionist / Cabin Crew / Hospitality / Front of House experience
  • Open, warm personality
  • Self- managing and self-motivating
  • Desire for self-improvement
