Property Administrator £20 - £25 South London
Large property company in fantastic offices. My client is looking for a super organised administrator. The atmosphere is buzzy and you will have loads of involvement in the tenancy process. Working in a team that is new and growing. Candidates need to have at least 6 months' work experience. If you have worked property that would be an advantage!

My client requires the following -
Administrative/office experience
Graduate calibre
Some experience of customer services
Confident telephone manner
Able to liaise at all levels
First class communication skills
Are patent and enjoy liaising with people at all levels
An interest in property
Strong IT skills
Duties include -
Liaising with clients constantly
Answering queries
Research background checks
Updating financial records
Maintain client databases
Update CRM system
