Morgan Spencer is a professional recruitment consultancy operating within the City of London. Due to a growing client base and rapid expansion of the business we have are recruiting to join our lively and successful temporary division. You will be working in a team reporting to a Managing Consultant and supporting the recruitment needs of a prestigious London client base.
Working with a diverse client base to meet their recruitment needs.
Contact potential candidates and establish suitability.
To source and select candidates against job requirements to meet selection/placement.
To use all relevant sources to identify potential candidates.
You will be building up strong relationships with candidates over the phone and booking them to attend assessments and interviews.
The successful candidate will be a logical thinker, progressive and have a ‘can-do’ attitude. You will be able to work at a fast pace, with high expectations and professional standards. Someone who is ambitious, keen to learn and wants to succeed will enjoy this role. Previous interviewing and recruitment experience is a bonus but not a requirement.
