A little bit of background....

A fantastically successful, hugely well established organisation based in really smart offices in the heart of vibrant SW London are looking for a superstar Graduate with at least 6 months work experience in a corporate or office environment under their belt to join the Property Coordination team. The team you will be working with are awesome! They are hard working, inspirational and professional, but at the same time, the office vibe is dynamic and entrepreneurial. A little bit about the role....

Working in a team environment, this is fast paced and varied role. Broadly speaking, you will be:

- Preparing a wide range of documentation including client communication and legal documentation
- Carrying out research and background checks
- Financial administration including invoicing and reconciliation
- Updating and maintaining client databases and records
- Managing client processes and liaising with all parties
- Dealing with sensitive and confidential information

A little bit about you....

- Educated to degree standard with at least 6 months work experience in a corporate or professional environment
- Ambitious, enthusiastic and willing to learn
- Excellent IT skills including being super confident on MS Office and databases and not afraid to learn new technologies as required
- First class communication skills are an absolute must, both written and verbally
- A real interest in property would be beneficial
- Superb organisational skills required
