Personal Assistant (German-speaking)
Multinational tech manufacturing company is looking for a German-speaking Personal Assistant to join their team. The PA will be providing secretarial and administrative support to the management. Great role to gain experience in a team secretary environment and progress to a senior level PA. This PA will be sorting out travel arrangements, manage calendars and email inboxes besides other ad-hoc duties to support the management.
For this role they are looking for a German-speaker, who will be comfortable working in both English and Germany. Good administrative skills are required for this PA role providing support to a senior executive.
German language to native or business fluent level
Great administrative skills are required, experience in holding presentations, taking minutes, arranging travel arrangements are preferred.
Previous experience in a team secretary, team assistant, administrative assistant, management assistant, personal assistant or PA
