I am recruiting for a Specialist Pensions Consultancy based in Wimbledon. This role is perfect for a recent College/University leaver looking for their first role within Administration. This role is for an immediate start so candidates without a notice period are preferred.  The Role:

Work within the support team to:

  • Provide secretarial and any other assistance to client delivery consultants, including Microsoft Office suite of products, in particular Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Combine, print and finalise the production of client meeting packs
  • Perform general office duties such as:
  • answer incoming telephone calls
  • manage incoming and outgoing post, and organise couriers
  • manage the reception when meetings are in attendance,  to include preparation of meeting rooms, greet visitors, refreshments and lunches
  • arrange travel and accommodation for Pi’s consultants
  • photocopying, filing, binding and scanning
  • manage stationery levels and order when necessary
  • diary management and booking meetings.

  • GCSE English and Maths Grade C (or equivalent).
