Executive Assistant - Private equity firm
A well established and highly regarded Private Equity firm within the City are looking for an Executive Assistant to join their team. They are looking for an experienced EA who is extremely professional and well presented who has extensive experience within a support role. You will be rewarded with a great base salary and competitive benefits and bonus and with a great working life balance.
The role will be to support 3 senior team members with travel management to Europe, extensive diary management and gate keeping, making sure packs and paperwork are ready and accurate for client meetings, expense management and all other admin aspects. You need to be computer literate and quick at picking up new systems and databases. It's a great culture, with hard working PA's and long standing, loyal staff.
Advanced MS Office skills
Extensive diary management experience for more than 1 individual
International travel booking experience
Preparation of packs for pitches and meetings
